Correspondence suspended and records placed into continuing custody
The Company respectfully advises that, pending the completion of certain internal arrangements, routine correspondence will be suspended for an indefinite period. Communications received during the same will be retained in good order and answered in sequence upon the resumption of ordinary business.
Kindly note also that the records, collections and working effects of the Company, inclusive of the specimens received under the inquiry of June 2006, are now placed under continuing custody, and the same are well preserved and not diminished. They are, however, no longer available for inspection or playtime.
The Company regrets any inconvenience and records its appreciation to all concerned parties for their patience during the present arrangements.
